My first post is about how I am once again trying to change things up to improve my fitness even more. I am always trying new things, some have been successful and some others have not. I love to run, stair-master, and lift weights. On my lazy days I'll stick with the elliptical. To switch things up I have recently found a women who is an ex-marine and blogs her crazy workouts with the general population. The website it call bodyrock.tv. The workout mainly focus on plyometrics with interval training and reps. There are tons of workouts and each has its own routine. Something new and exciting to look forward to everyday when beginning the workout. I believe everyone needs to look up this website and see exactly what I am talking about
